Incredible experience and great stay! Staff was amazingly helpful, more helpful than any of the World famous hotels. Magic, the concierge, treated all guests like his own Family, and Diya, the reception host, ensured that the stay was comfortable. Highly recommend.

The Baileys is beautifully situated in South Kensington across from Gloucester Road tube station, restaurants, stores and neighborhoods. Always a pleasure to visit and stay there. Staff is always thoughtful and kind. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained.
