"The staff and hotel were nice and conveniently located. Our issue was with our room. It was NOT clean and there were no other rooms available due to a softball tournament. The shower had hair in the catch, BOOGERS on the wall, the towels were messed up as if they hadn’t been replaced, there was a coffee cup in the fridge, the floor had clearly not been mopped, an air freshener was left on the ledge, the ice bucket was UNDER the bed and everytime we moved it sounded as if the bed was going to...

"This property was a nightmare. Pictures online are photo shopped. The rooms were tiny, old and not clean. Asked for new sheets and was told we have to wait until the morning when house keeping comes on. Also, asked for an iron and was told I have to wait to the other guest return them back to the front desk. They had dehumidifiers throughout the halls because of the moisture in the halls. A cleaning staff was allowed to bring her 3month old baby to work while she cleaned rooms. Baby cried left...

"There are maintenance company needs to stay on top of it. Broken telephone, no utensils, second degree burning hot water, broken hair dryer...to name a few.
Other than that staff was very friendly and helpful and excellent. Staff even gave us a discount on our stay because of the issues with our room. I'll give it a three on cleansliness. We had to wipe down the switches in our room refrigerator handles microwave. Our broken telephone was very grimy, and there was a pubic hair on it. Cleaning...

"My fiancé cut herself on the carpet they were a metal wire poking out. Definitely won’t be recommending this to place to anyone once we told the front desk they look like it was something normal because I don’t even get a question on how we could make it better nothing."

"The hotel met our needs. We brought along our small dog necessitating the need to reserve with a pet friendly hotel. The cleaning staff was very friendly, and the room was clean upon initial arrival. The pool area is nice, but the hot tub is a little grimy. The free breakfast included bagels, muffins, coffee, pancakes, juice etc. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, shopping areas and restaurants.
I would have given the hotel 4 stars, but I was upset with the separate bill I paid...
