Could be a lot better

Well located hotel in pleasant surroundings let down by a miserable old blonde woman on reception and poor breakfast. Rooms were cleanish but in need of updating.

Die Unterkunft bietet sich im Internet als Hotel an und verlangt entsprechende Preise. Vor Ort erwartet einen ein Motel, mit Schlüsselsafe, verrauchte Lobby und ein spartanisches Frühstück. Antwort der Rezeption: Sie sind der einzige Gast. Restaurant, Sauna, Wellness wird nur als potentiell möglich angeboten. Das Haus ist mein Hotel, sondern eine Unterkunft für Montagearbeiter.

Das Check In war für meine eltere Eltern etwas kompliziert, da die Rezeption zum Zeitpunkt der Ankunftszeit (ca. 18 uhr an einem Samstag) nicht besetzt war. Um den Zimmerschlüssel zu bekommen müsste man die Rechnung per EC Karte bezahlen, obwohl bei der Buchung über Expedia die option der Zahlung über Kreditkarte getötigt wurde. Gebucht war ein Premium Doppelzimmer- 2 Gäste. Vorbereitet war aber nur für ein Gast: ein Betbezug und Handtuch. Hinweise auf der Webseite zu diesem Check in konnte ich weder auf der Website des Hotels noch bei der Buchung über Expedia finden. Zumindest war das für mich nicht ersichtlich. Die Telefonnummer, die auf der Webseite des Hotels, mit Angaben der Erreichbarkeit- war nicht besetzt. Ging keiner dran. - schade- denn das Hotel macht laut Bilder einen sehr guten Eindruck.

Niemand om in te checken, buiten incheck apparaat werkte niet naar behoren. Kende resserveringsnrs niet. Meerdere gasten konden niet inchecken. Eigenaar meerdere malen gebeld. Nam niet op, belde niet terug. Uiteindelijk heeft andere gast meegeholpen in te checken. (mijn nationaliteit bleek niet goed)daarna geen handdoeken op de kamer(s), hadden meerdere mensen niet. Na uren kwam assistent vd eigenaar, die eigenlijk vrij was, hij heeft zo goed en kwaad alles geprobeerd op te lossen. Kamer was schoon, maar zeer warm, moest met zware koffer naar verdieping, geen lift. Restaurant was vanwege Urlaub gesloten. 10 km verderop in dorp gegeten. Ontbijt was oké. Zal hier in de toekomst niet meer overnachten.

Beim Check-in gab es keine Möglichkeit zur persönlichenKontaktaufnahme. Unter der vor angegebenen Telefonnummer war niemand zu erreichen. Eine auf die falsche Adresse ausgestellte Rechnung konnte auch beim Checkout nicht direkt korregiert werden. Eine korregierte Rechnung wurde wiederum falsch korregiert per Mail geschickt und musste nochmals zur Korrektur angefordert werden.

Am Landhotel kein Halt mehr

war enttäuscht, kein Restaurant mehr und das weit weg von der nächsten Stadt. Mein Eindruck war , Unterkunft für Erntehelfer , im gehobenen Standart. Zimmer wurden fast alle in Appartmens umgewandelt.

Das Hotel ist in einem kleineren Ortsteil von Ludwigsfelde und daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten zuerst mit dem Zimmer ein kleines Problem (war nicht wie gebucht für 2 Personen vorbereitet) und telefonisch war erst niemand erreichbar bzw. die Rezeption nicht besetzt (self check in). Zum Glück wurden wir durch eine sehr nette Dame zurückgerufen und das Problem wurde dann schnell beseitigt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Ruhige Lage und Parkplatz am objekt kostenlos. Für diese Preislage eine Katastrophe... Badezimmer Dusche schimmel in allen fugen, die Duschtür ebenfalls, es ist eine zumutung diese zu benutzen. Frühstück schlechter geht kaum, lauwarmer kaffee, auswahl sehr sehr mau. Komfort, naja abholung im foyer da steht das sogenannte Buffet im durchgangsbereich , hygiene mangelhaft. Zimmerservice erfolgte nur vor Anreise, folge Tag nicht mal das Bad oder Bett gerichtet. Achja, ich habe auch die Rauchmelder im Zimmer vermisst, entspricht das eigentlich alles noch den Vorschriften? Hier sollte das Gesundheitsamt auch mal ein auge drauf halten . Ich bin enttäuscht bei dem Preis von 80, 00 Euro pro Person und Nacht so etwas geboten zu bekommen. Wellnessbereich war verschlossen ..anmerk

Hoffentlich bald wieder mehr Gäste

Waren schon oft in diesem Hotel. Waren immer sehr zufrieden. Diesmal keine Sitzgelegenheit auf dem Balkon. Rezeption sehr unpersönlich. Durch Corona bedingt kein Buffet, trotzdem nettes Frühstück. Parkplatz am Hotel super.

nur eine Übernachtung mit Abendessen und Frühstück

Wir waren im Landhotel Löwenbruch nur eine Nacht, da wir eine lange Anreise von München haben und am nächsten Tag zum Filmpark Babelsberg wollten. Das Landhotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Aber alles in allem für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Am Abend waren wir Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant. Das Essen war gut nur hätten wir mehr erwartet. Die Tageskarte mit hauseigenem Galloway-Rind gibt es nur in der Hauptsaison. Die Karte hatte dementsprechend nicht so viel Auswahl. Nun zum Service: es herrscht Personalmangel. Das kann ich von außen beurteilen. Allerdings hatte ich noch nie so einen netten Kellner wie den Herrn von der Bar. Steht’s bemüht und freundlich. Die Dame mit leicht polnischen (?) Akzent war auch freundlich, aber da sie alles machen musste (Service, Rezeption) hat man ihr die Überforderung leicht angemerkt. Die kurzen, manchmal genervten Antworten lassen das vermuten. Aber trotzdem meist freundlich. Wie gesagt, dass Hotel war für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung. Zum Filmpark oder auch nach Potsdam und Berlin ist nicht weit.

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes, älteres Land-Hotel außerhalb Berlins. Wer seine Ruhe haben will wird hier fündig, perfekt auch für den Zwischenstopp Richtung Ostsee (von Süddeutschland kommend). Personal sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind dem alter entsprechend gut allerdings die Betten zu weich :( Frühstück überschaubar aber ebenfalls sehr gut mit Produkten aus der eigenen Zucht. Jederzeit zu empfehlen!
