"One thing I'd like to recommend, as a slightly short senior citizen: the mattresses were so high that I had to put a chair cushion on the floor and could just barely get into the bed! Could you provide a step stool on request? Thank you!"

"We had a family emergency so a lot of the family had to come to Hartford. I booked this room due to the close location to the UConn Hospital and the family home in Rocky Hill. 2 other family members also ended up booking rooms here. The property was not what we expected. The lobby wasn't clean, the elevator was broken almost everyday, the reception wasn't amply staffed; as a result, our stay wasn't the best. However, the rooms were clean, so that was a plus."
