They provided all they promised- clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and a hair dryer. What they didn’t provide, was a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, or any kind of breakfast, either hot or cold. But they didn’t list them as amenities. Good price though.

No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Beds were comfy though. Stupid to have to have IDs for everyone in the room. I understand mine was required but don’t think it was necessary to have my daughters I’d copied too.

The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. The facility was full to capacity so that may explain why the floors needed vacuuming. Also, it would have been nice if the attached restaurant was open. Outside of that, a very nice place for an overnight visit to CT.

I am kind of an expert on Red Roof Inns these days. Positives: nice, helpful staff, nice grounds, though not well maintained. Negatives: Really need some property improvement. My room: sink cracked and leaking, outlets in bathroom not operating, silverfish (insects) in room!

Other than the elevator being out of service and the layer of ice out in most of the parking lot (there was a bad storm 1-2 days prior), we had a great time at this location! Love the smoking/non smoking room options and quick commute to area offerings.

The room was clean. The staff that helped me very kind and polite. Did not like the fact that I chose to stay for two nights and on the second night they did not enter the room to change the sheets and put clean towels. Even after I notified the cleaning staff.

It is in a rough area. You have to be buzzed into the lobby. You have to pay a mandatory $50 cleaning deposit. I was there two days for a softball tournament. No maid service. The room was clean and looked like it was recently painted. It was fine for what I needed (cheap and near the ball park) but I dont think I could recommend it others. I gave it three stars. We won the tournament so I’m in a generous mood

The stay was good for my partner and I the only thing I would recommend is for the hotel to get new comforter sets for rooms for guests because the room my partner and I had bed sheets/blankets had holes in them . Other than that the stay was fine and comfortable. I didn’t get to take pictures of bed so I won’t be able to attach them.
