"This was our first time staying at this chain. We booked 3 rooms. Check in was easy. Each room had issues. Neither room had enough towels, one room had a filthy toilet and the other room had not been cleaned at all. We had dirty coffee cups, empty water bottles, full trash cans and dirty towels. ..."
