"We had a wonderful stay at the Château Hotel at Lake La Quinta. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with smiling faces and such a warm welcome. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and every detail made the atmosphere feel elegant and inviting.
The bedding was extremely comfortable, everything was very clean, and our view of the lake was absolutely amazing. We also enjoyed the food and had some great conversations with the bartenders. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and welcoming,...

"We stayed at this location a previous time and had a good experience. This time, the hallways were hot. The room was not very clean and seemed old and outdated. I'm not sure if they renovated some rooms and not others but it felt like we were in a completely different hotel than the first time we stayed. Both times we stayed, the check in process took a while."
