"The AC in the hallways and elevator didn't work, therefore since it was extremely hot in Indio, they were extremely hot. The thermostat in our room didn't work properly. It was either very cold or hot . No in-between."

"Excellent place to stop on a road trip! Everything was clean and orderly. The room was nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable. We had absolutely no hallway noise or other interruptions to our rest.
It's in Indio, so the air conditioning is absolutely crucial. Every where except the elevator was comfortably cool.
We will definitely come back here again."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast had some good options, including very tasty oatmeal with lots of topping choices. The gentleman taking (sorry, forgot to catch his name) care of the breakfast was particularly kind and welcoming and kept the breakfast area well stocked and pristine, which made eating breakfast there a happy experience….thank you!!!"

"If you are looking for a quiet, romantic getaway this is it. It was 100 degrees and I had the pool to myself. The lake was calm and the sound of the birds reminded me that I was far enough away from the city. Staff was attentive and I was pleased with the restaurant and the complementary breakfast was laid out like a feast. We were a short drive from town, and all the golf courses nearby were perfect for my husband. We really enjoyed our stay! And the welcoming glass of champagne was a nice...

"This location had both positives and negatives during my stay.
The best part was the breakfast, which was a 10/10 especially having meals freshly made to order. The staff overall were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more enjoyable.
