"You will not be disappointed with what you see once you see inside the doors. Beautifully decorated and everything you need, but... it is more like a modular 4-apartment home / b&b - no ocean view, at the end of a dirt road (lots of dust), but a few deer met us as we unpacked. We were skeptical at first, yet pleasantly surprised with our stay. I highly recommend, so long as your expectations are set."

"The room was clean, but it definitely seemed dated. It was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We liked that the room was steps away from where we parked, which made it very easy to unpack. Check-in was simple, as we just got texted the code for the room and did not have to check-in in the office. "The minute we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile by receptionist who explained all the amenities. Very welcoming. Room was very clean, comfortable. After a few bad hotels on our travels, this hotel was a great relief. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend!!"

"The motel is a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants and short drive to Acadia NP. I appreciated that they had Kind Bars, fruit, and waters available all day. Additions at breakfast include pastries and cereals. The property was very clean, parking was great. The bathroom was pretty small, so having more than one person in to get ready was not very easy. Best shower we had all trip, though."

"The room was clean, property is kept up nicely. The front desk lady in the afternoon after around 3-4pm is not friendly, seems bothered. There was another lady who came from the back office who was very friendly and wanted to help us with town info. It was a decent enough place to sleep since we were hardly in the room anyway."

"Great, helpful and friendly staff!!! Great price and location. Only issues were very minor, and any issues that were addressable were immediately remedied. We were also aware before arriving that the pool is no longer available, although it is not physically removed as of yet. Note that it is a slightly older hotel, so if you have mobility issues, be sure to request a ground floor room, since there is no elevator to the second floor. There is a small cafe room serving (in the morning) free...

"This was the cutest property. It was an older motel that had been remodeled. It was so well done! Great for families. They had activities for families into the evenings. The breakfast was wonderful. So much more than what you normally get with a continental breakfast. I would highly recommend this place!"

"We stayed here due to cancelled flights, it’s a lovely property in the middle of Bar Harbor with lots of walkable areas to explore. Their front lawn is a popular gatherings spots for drinks and live music. Only issues was they wanted to kick our friends out of the lawn if they didn’t order a drink and the free breakfast is just muffins and juice."
