The room is so basic, no tea or coffee available . I have pay extra for everything including tea or coffee if u need it . Place close to train station . "

"The family room was extremely small and uncomfortable. Breakfast was a shambles—very disorganised, and if you arrived late, there was very little choice. At times, there was no cutlery or cups available. When booking with Hilton, I expected a certain standard and level of quality, but those expectations have been dispelled. I was really disappointed."
