"Since it was summer, the warmer temperatures meant that we had to open the windows to allow air to circulate and keep the room comfortable. This unfortunately also meant that noise from the surrounding areas was more noticeable. One thing we could have done differently was request a fan earlier. We only learned that fans were available and requested one on our last night, so we were unaware of this option during the earlier part of our stay. Our room was adjacent to the restaurant and cafeteria. Although these areas were closed, some guests continued to sit in the eating area and chat until around midnight. We found the noise quite disruptive, especially when we were trying to sleep. We had assumed that 10 p.m. would generally be considered a reasonable time for quiet hours. As a suggestion, the hotel may wish to consider implementing a clear quiet-hours policy after 10 p.m., particularly for common areas located near guest rooms. A gentle reminder to guests to keep conversations and noise to a minimum after 10 p.m. would help create a more comfortable and restful environment for everyone. Overall, we appreciate the efforts of the hotel and hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future guests."

"The Mürren Palace Hotel is top-tier. The location and scenery are breathtaking, the rooms are flawless, and the sauna and steam rooms were a absolute dream after a long day out. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff, especially the amazing bartender. She delivered perfect custom cocktails, remembered my order, and shared it with her team. More than anything, she and the others pulled off the ultimate trick of elite service: making me feel they genuinely cared about me. Fabulous property, fabulous staff."

"A lovely old world hotel! The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious with a beautiful balcony. We had dinner at the restaurant— also great. Highly recommend!"

"A cute and comfortable hotel near train station. Great location (5 mins walk to train station). Good breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. We are family of three and really enjoyed our stay there. We will definitely stay here again if we come back."
