"They say they’re pet friendly but big signs up saying there’s a huge fine if you bring a pet! Very run down. We had a shared balcony so couldn’t have the door open for security and it got very warm. Although the hotel was almost empty the room next to us was booked and the walls are super thin and we were unlucky with noisy room neighbours. No staff on site "

"It is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. It has everything in it and an amazing spa. The staff is very nice and the service is outstanding. Specifically Laura from the reception was so nice always did above and beyond to make us feel great."

"La propiedad es muy linda y el staff espectacular hicieron de nuestra estancia algo muy bonito. La única particularidad que tienen que considerar es que el htl en invierno está en medio de la montaña y no puedes ni entrar ni salir más allá de las 5pm"
