Excellent location / Excellent Room / Excellent continental Breakfast / Excellent Swimming pool and just 4 minute walk from Interlaken OST .... the hotel is in Main road not inside the street, so people can enjoyed the crowed as well .... dinning resturent / shops / Coin Laundry is in walking distance .."

"This stay was disappointing from all other hotels I booked around my Switzerland trip. Customer service wasn’t that great. If you are lucky then you get a good view room. Breakfast didn’t have much choice, just an okay place. Rooms didn’t even have any updated features, it was more of classic style without even a plug point for usb or usb c. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are traveling from USA."

"It is too far walking from train station. Bus not operating due to construction for a week. Even bus is operating, you still need to walk uphill about 500 m . We have to walk uphill for about 20 mins. I would suggest to stay in Grindelwald ( nice view ) or Interlaken area. They picked us up but their rate is not standardized, depends on the receptionist. First time pick up, they charged CHF 8. Going down to train station also the same CHF 8. When we call again, for pick up at train station, the...
