"I visited in the last week of May and my 3:00pm check-in there was issue with the room so it took longer till 4 o’clock to give me the room. I was given 50 Frac voucher. But in Switzerland at a resort, doesn’t get too much for missing an hour. My room was a corner panoramic view of Iger. It’s a little bit expensive than a standard room even with that maintenance delayed that room‘s water glass hard, dry food stuck to it. The chips under the bed, the carpet and the leather bench holes from rips. That room is too expensive without any amenities."

"The room had no air conditioning. I had not noticed that when I booked. It had a fan but just no air since the window was high. The bathroom was too small and not functional. The shower was built for half a person. We had a room with 2 twin beds with not headboard so you can’t read or seat comfortably in bed. The breakfast and the location was excellent. Overall, too pricy for what we got. I think it is worth it to pay a $100 more per night to get way more."
