Hotel Murah di Berry Creek

"Very clean, room well designed for a one day or more stay."

"It was fine for a short overnight. Wouldn’t stay again though. Needs updating. Carpets are dingy and turn your feet/socks dark in the room. I had to wipe my kids feet down before they went to bed. Musty smell when we entered room. Old window unit was gross. Had to crank it to the coldest setting to get the room cool enough to sleep comfortably. The sinks didn’t drain well. The sofa was worn down and dingy. The pics looked so much better than what the room actually was. Super nice staff though....

"Staff was great, room was cleaned every day! Pet peeve I have……so many hotels used COVID as an excuse to drastically reduce room cleaning, and probably their staff. I haven’t seen the same reduction in their room rates! .."

"This was one of the worst experiences every I will never stay there again I had to call corporate on this location"

"Have a very good breakfest"

"The room was very clean, everything in the room functioned well, it was quiet. The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast eggs and sausage were great. The parking lot felt safe. It was also nice having an Aldi’s just a short walk away. There was also a walking path right behind the building."

"Nothing"

"The noise from band across the street so loud Hard to sleep"

"Was told only after check-in that the 3 story property didn't have a working elevator. The shower floor in our room was chipped, with rust spots covered with spray paint. The towels and bedding, though laundered, had set-in stains. The property showed signs of a recent, but far from complete, renovation. Took a hard pass on the breakfast."

"We went down to breakfast and had paid for breakfast through Expedia but when we got down to the restaurant, we were told we needed a ticket. We weren’t provided with tickets, but the server was so very helpful in helping us to get those and were able to eat!"

"First, let me start with the receptionist (I SO wish I knew her name!) because SHE was an absolute DELIGHT! So bubbly, welcoming, and full of wonderful recommendations! You could genuinely tell how much she LOVES working at The Ruby! Our room was SPOTLESS and filled with the sweetest little amenities! My absolute FAVORITE was our balcony overlooking the water. The weather was PERFECT for getting all cozied up and enjoying the view! I also loved the robes and adorable little packaged snacks...

"It was a good overall stay"

"Dirty walls, old bath tub, worn out mattress, if you’re used to nice hotels you won’t get a good nights sleep…yucky feeling"
