"We loved the view - it was amazing. The unit was very nice, the only thing was blocked sink in the bathroom which we discovered as soon as we came. It looked terrible, we couldn’t use it. We told the stuff, but they were not very helpful, nothing was done about it. We had to stay with blocked sink with 2 small kids, very inconvenient."

Instead of cancelling the booking from their end the host messaged me on trivago, since I was expecting a message anyway for the login code, and you have to login to read messages I left it. Host also alerted trivago it was double booked, who did not contact me either. Drove all the way to Dunedin with 2 kids, stranded and nowhere to stay. "We had a lovely stay at Euro 315. Our room was very clean and the king size bed was super comfortable. The apartment is right in the centre of town, with off street parking, which was a bonus, so we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go.
