"Room was not ready when I arrived. I got a room but it was still dirty from the last guest There was someone there and I got a different room I got double charged for the room. They asked for my card to pay the room tax but they charged the full amount. The room had already been pre-paid on Expedia. When I asked the hotel staff about this they assured me it was only the room tax that got charged. But when I got my Credit card statement, I found that was not true. Now I have to spend a bunch...

"Evasile est la meilleure !!! Nous sommes venus dormir une nuit pour la fête médiévale de Provins et Evasile a été super accueillante tout le long. Nous avions demandé s’il était possible de venir plutôt pour déposer nos affaires et Evasile à tout fait pour nous aider, nous avions trouvé ça hyper gentil de sa part. Après la nuit passée, nous avons pu partir plus tard que l’heure de Check-out prévue pour bien avoir le temps de nous préparer, et Evasile nous avais même fait le petit-déjeuner....

"I stayed there on business as I did not want to stay in Paris central, a very quaint little hotel with lovely helpful staff. Surrounding amenities are sparse but there is a nice little bar with attached shop, again friendly staff. I did eat in the hotel the first night and was given lovely homemade food with a beer. Breakfast is as expected with lovely warm bread and butter. Wi-Fi is hit/miss however on my second evening I was given a dongle for my room that worked perfectly well for my needs."

"We selected this property partly for the spa and convenience to the old walled city. When we arrived, we were informed there was a festival in town that weekend, and had to park at the train station two miles away. No way to drive in or out for the whole stay. Then, we asked to use the spa and the spa was not even open—being refurbished for the month. They should have let us know before we got all the way there. Pretty spot, not sure I’d do it again. "L'ensemble du parc est beau, agréable et bien entretenu. Nous avons apprécié notre bref séjour. Les ++: Mise à disposition de barques gratuitement (même si certains ont été sérieusement visités par les canards) Mise à disposition de paddle gratuitement Point important à relever selon l'endroit où vous vous situez les wc et douches peuvent être très éloignés. Le seul wc situé pas loin de notre cabane ne donnait clairement pas envie de s'y aventurer, encore moins en cas d'envie pressante à 2h...
