"The property was very clean but The lady at the reception during our check in was very rude. She was very arrogant when we asked to change our room since the room description in the listing was misleading.
Couple of things were not working in the room-The electric control for the black out drapes were not working. TV was not working either.
The lady during our check out was very courteous."

"We had a great stay at Apr- Ski Bachleda. Very nice place super clean and very close walking distance to Krupówki. The host was very nice & accommodating. I would definitely stay here again."
