We requested a preprinted document that indicated any balance on the deposit would take 7-10 days to return to our account. This contradicted what the registration person said: “there is really no charge.” Staff were not friendly. Breakfast was strange except for bananas, apples and yogurt. The thin flat fried eggs and paper-thin round bacon were bizarre. There was no insulation to muffle the neighbors’ noise on same floor and above. It was hard to figure out how to use the shower, which was poor quality and seemed that it could break at any time. "
