The front counter staff was very friendly. When we checked in and walked in our room it was 56 degrees in the room. It was freezing! The heat took sometime to heat up but thank goodness it did. The windows rattled during the gusty winds and the curtains were not blackout so the light from the walkway shine into the bedroom without a break
