"I had an extremely poor experience at easyHotel Ipswich and would not stay here again. Before arrival, I contacted the hotel to add my daughter to the booking but received no response. Instead, I was sent a generic reminder to bring ID, which I did (including my passport), yet no ID was even checked on arrival. "Great friendly staff, nice touch for the kids... they were given a voucher ea to to choose beteen, a cold drink, a hot choc with marshmallowsor an ice-cream from the bar. Slso free fizzy drinks, crisps and kitkats in the mini-fridge in tge room were nice touches. The only downer for the hotel as a whole was that there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom or the bar area and so the environment was fairly hot and stuffy."
