We were greeted with very friendly staff upon check in! They were interested in what brought us to the city and where we were travelling from. Any questions we had were answered and the hotel is absolutely beautiful and well kept!! I wish we got to stay longer. There’s some nice restaurants around and It’s located near the train station as well, perfect for commuting!

Pros: ideal location, near a town square with shops and restaurants; staff. Going down: gym - we book here every year, but all those years, the water cooler is always empty even though I've requested for a refult. Bathroom could use updated fixtures. Sofa and carpet are getting old and worn out.

First, the building is beautiful and centrally located right in the heart of the city. Easy walk to everywhere you want to go. The rooms are incredibly spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Get a higher floor if you want to avoid street noise. I had a cooked to order breakfast one morning and it was perfect. Nice to have real eggs and meat. Huge selection. The bar is spacious and open until 10pm. Perfect spot for post meeting debrief and work catch up. The high table has built in charging stations. Everything is new and modern. Staff is very friendly. Would definitely return.

We arrived to a room smelling like sewage, staff quickly gave us another room, however whenever we went to pull out the sofa bed it was stained and a dirty mattress protector on it. (Urine) we needed the pull out this stay they gave us ANOTHER key to go check out another room only to find the pull out mattress worse than the one in our room. On Day 2 the bathroom door lock messed up and locked us out “front desk said Manitence wouldn’t be in till 12” they offered us ANOTHER room to just go shower in. I didn’t ask for compensation but all I was given was free parking. Pro convenient to metro but kinda scary at night. There is a Starbucks and a few other good eateries near by. But front desk staff is not great and again the rooms could be better taken care of.

The person who checked me in was not very friendly. The morning crew was a lot better. The location is good in terms of restaurants and walkability. My biggest issue was how loud the room was. I stayed overnight for an interview I had the next morning and only got 2 hours of sleep because the air conditioning unit sounded like a jet plan every time it clicked on and the toilet ran all night but instead of a trickle sound it was more like someone had turned on the shower. I personally wouldn’t stay here again, but I’ve also experienced worse.

The staff was super helpful and responsive. The hotel is located a 7-minute walking distance from Rockville Metro Station, where you can take the Red Line to Washington, DC, which takes about 30 minutes (during our visit, there was rail work on the Red Line, and we had to take a free shuttle to skip 3 stops, which increased the trip time by 30 minutes). We didn't try the hotel's breakfast, but there are a few good places for breakfast within a 5-minute walk.

The staff was very helpful. They even graciously mailed back a forgotten item. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Restaurants right around the corner. Great alternative to North Bethesda — just one stop away on the red line. Just be aware that map apps list two locations (close together), so you’ll want to check the street address.

We had a great stay. The staff was friendly, everything was really clean, and the location was perfect with lots of spots to eat and walk around. The bed was super comfortable, and the room felt nice and spacious. We also loved the indoor spa and pool. We’d definitely come back.

Good hotel in general. Great location — walking distance to shops and restaurants. I stayed there 7 nights. The room was only cleaned twice even though I asked multiple times to have the room cleaned. Also, the bathroom had an isssue that they never fixed even though I asked multiple times. However they felt bad about it at the end of the stay and refunded me 50% off one night. So, there’s that. All in all, I would stay there again —- just need to stay on top of the front desk everyday.
