"As a Marriott Platinum member, I was disappointed with the view from our room. The room had one of the worst views in the hotel because the window had a V shaped sign that covered 2/3's of the view from the window. So most of the window was covered with the support bracket of the hotel sign. I know that Marriott upgraded us to a nicer room, but the staff took almost half and hour checking us in. They said it was a new system and because we had booked through Expedia the price we paid was...

There is ample parking available, which made arriving and unpacking completely stress-free. While there aren't many restaurants in the immediate surrounding area, the hotel itself features a nice, small indoor pool that the family really enjoyed. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing trip to recharge, this is a great spot!"

"We stayed there three nights in two different rooms. One room was cleaned once and the other room was not cleaned at all. On two of the nights the room keys didn't work. We asked for help regarding room cleaning and were told by a frustrated employee (a short, blond lady) who had just come on duty that she didn't have time to deal with the problem. As with the other associates, she wasn't wearing a name badge. The continental breakfast barely ranked as meager at best and we didn't see...

"For the price we paid, the room was absolutely unacceptable. No closet, no iron, windows unit for ac and so loud. Had two use 2 remotes for the TV. Room was not cleaned for 2 days, 1small bar of soap for 5 days. The worst was the lighting, only one small lamp on the night tables, room was super dark, the lamp was so small and did not give any light, the other night table emptied. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone."

Loved the options provided and the kitchen staff did a wonderful job always checking to see if any of the food options needed to be refilled.
