"The room was good size and Chris in reception was excellent."

"The hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would have preferred the bed to have had a thinner duvet as the room was hot and it was too noisy too sleep with the window open. There were tea making facilities in the room and the receptionists were happy to supply extra tea bags when asked. The hotel is 2 minutes away from bus stops to and from the main station, and near a major landmark so it's easy to find. It's also within walking distance of the shopping centre and tourist spots. "Ottimo hotel per Visitare Basilea evitando i prezzi folli del centro. Con la metro 8 più dieci minuti a piedi si arriva all hotel poco fuori dal centro. Colazione a buffet molto buona! Pulito e personale cordiale. "

"This was an amazing place, beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, clean and tidy. The view from the balcony of the restaurant was amazing. The only thing was that the breakfast was nothing fancy. Other than that, 10/10."
