"Sangat puas!!! Staff yg bersahabat. Agak susah ditemukan lokasi. Tp dgn google maps segalanya jadi mudah lengkap dgn jurusan dan waktu tram menuju ke lokasi. Dapat kacang n coklat swiss gratis. Lokasi dekat dgn pusat."

"Fantastic experience. Staff was just amazing. Excellent breakfast buffet every morning. Ask for train ticket at counter, the hotel sells train tickets at lesser cost than at station. We rented an EV to get around, hotel has plenty of parking and a charging station that we used each day to recharge."

"The hotel was close to the airport, and the shuttle to and from the airport was helpful. The rooms did not look at all like the pictures on the website and wasn’t worth the value for what you pay to stay there. We had 3 different rooms because the rooms were not clean enough to meet standard expectations. The manager was kind and helpful, and we appreciated her customer care for the concerns we shared."

"The room lacked amenities like face clothes, skin soap, body cream a workable coffee machine, and then the train was awfully close and noisy tho it did stop during the night. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices."

"If you’re looking for a reasonable place to stay near Lucerne, this is it. The train is a block away and gets you into the city center in five minutes. There’s a great breakfast every morning. And you’ll have plenty of money left over to do what you want in Lucerne and the surrounding areas. My only complaint is that the beds are very firm, so I’d recommend sleeping on your duvet and requesting an extra top sheet - we did and it made all the difference."

"Das Hotel ist eher ein Gefängnis. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen stiege Luftschimmel im Bad kein richtiges Bett sondern eine dünne Matratze auf einem Brett ohne Lattenrost."
