"Unfortunately I have to mention, that you have to avoid this hotel. I just want to give 3 examples that justify my not recommending: 1. Ordered non-smoking rooms, but received smoking room, which was changed from the 2nd stay. 2. Expired jam + butter (some expired over 1 year). 3. Very noisy environment."

"Acceptable breakfast buffet, constantly replenished. A beautiful historic building with an incredible staircase. Friendly staff. Sufficient number of sinks and shower stalls. However, you have to wait a while for hot water and the plumbing needs an update. Bed linen and towels also look quite worn. Overall, an acceptable option for the money in the very center of Taksim. But keep in mind that it can be very noisy on Friday and Saturday until 2 AM, as there are entertainment venues located...

"チェックイン時の部屋が用意してなく、広い部屋なので2人でどうか？と提案される。結局2時間近くまたされた。 ドアの建て付けが悪くドアが開かなくなり閉じ込められたので部屋の内線電話は壊れており友人にスタッフに開けてもらうようお願いしたが、スタッフ自体が不在でホテルに来るのは2時間後とスタッフの知り合いに言われるしまつ。他にもTVのリモコンが壊れておりボリュームが勝手にMAXになる。 トイレの水を流したら止まらないでずっと流れてる。ホテルエントランスはスタッフと友人がゲームをして占領している。 大変な思いをしたホテルです。"

One of the room has a weird smell. The rooms are a bit tight for 2 pax with luggage. No issues with cleanliness."
