I showed up at the end of a long drive, with my cat and they couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. Staff were a lovely bunch and the suite was fantastic.

Très bon hôtel sur Reims
Je viens régulièrement pour des séjours d'une nuit pour le travail. L'hôtel est idéalement placé proche gare, tramway et autoroute. Très calme. Restauration à côté, salle de sport et détente suffisante;

Inconvenient and overpriced
Have stayed twice before but will avoid in future. Second time we’ve arrived after a long day of travelling only to find 2 of the 3 food choices are not available leaving very limited food options and most of the local restaurants closed either permanently or temporarily even on a Saturday night. Also this time room had bare concrete wall (in half of it only?) with exposed hole in it - apparently this is the industrial look they are going for?! Then for good measure no shower gel left in the shower. Whole place has gone downhill. Having planned our journey to go especially to this hotel in the past we will avoid it in future especially as the price has now nearly doubled. Definitely not worth the €320 we paid for a room.

Déception sur la prestation
C’est un hôtel moderne, agréable, mais véritable problème, lorsqu’on réserve une chambre avec mentionné « 1 très grand lit » et qu’il y’a deux petits lits simple collé, je considère que c’est pas conforme à la réservation. Déçu par la prestation.

Great hotel
Great hotel. Just off the motorway and 13 minutes from the centre of town. Plenty of parking. Really nice and clean rooms. Good services at the hotel - pool, gym etc. nice bakery for breakfast beside the hotel.

Loved that the hotel had electric charging points. It would be nice if the hotel served dinner in the evenings or the snacks they provide till 10pm as sometimes customers arrive late and it's hard to find somewhere open for food. Otherwise excellent hotel, helpful staff and a lovely place to stay.

Chambre standard assez spacieuse. On apprécie la cafetiere expresso dans la chambre, mais pas de thé/tisane, ni d'eau (pas d'indication si l'unique canette dans le mini-bar est payante ou non). Salle de bains OK. l'hôtel est calme. La piscine avec bain à remous est un plus malgré le froid de Déc (piscine semi-ouverte) mais le chlore est assez irritant (démangeaisons). le Sauna est très très chaud. Petit-déj correct pour le prix (16€). Billard Américain gratuit.

Bien que récent, peu ou pas de service. environnement sans intérêt, hôtel situé à 10 minutes de Reims dans une zone d activité sans aucun charme, Espace bien être trop petit, piscine juste chaude Pas de peignoir et de chaussons pour les clients , ceux ci sont en location sauf pour les clients ayant booké des chambres premium, inadmissible pour un hôtel 4 étoiles Moquettes dans les chambres au lieu de parquets attendus pour un hôtel 4 étoiles

The property was new and in excellent condition, it just lacked a restaurant although the bar snacks menu was ok ……it had a great location for local business and transit back to Germany and the UK .

The hotel iz terrible, the receptionists are rude, unqualified and the room were very dirty and it was terrible experience i wont recommend to anyone

Bom hotel, limpo e custo-beneficio adequado!
Bom hotel para curta e média estadia, quarto com tamanho razoável e moderno. Limpeza eficiente, a localização fica um pouco distante dos bares e restaurantes mas de carro não tem problema.

Design of property very nice. Bar was an added feature. Good place to relax.
