"The room is nicely designed though it has little window. The floor was somewhat dirty. I had to ask for a towel. The carpet in the hallway was definitely dirty.

"1) Smelly and no ventilation room.
2) Wi-Fi didn’t work for all 3 days.
3) Water bottle was paid unlike what’s mentioned under amenities.
No complains with staff. People were sweet but the hotel’s facilities need improvements. "
