"Great place with a super friendly staff. We would to thank Krystyna for going above and beyond to accommodate my family! Would definitely go back"

"Within walking distance to main square Property is very clean and breakfast was delicious A small refrigerator in room would be appreciated in the future. "

"Superbe hôtel dans les Tatras, personnel très agréable, chambre propre, parking gratuit sur place, super restaurant et petit-déjeuner, emplacement au top pour aller faire une randonnée au Morskie Oko. Attention par contre, hotel.com n est pas à jour, le petit-déjeuner est servi à partir de 8h."

"Quiet location. I spent some time in the sauna, which was so relaxing!"

"Lovely small hotel with a restaurant on premises. Breakfast buffet is awesome. Clean quiet rooms. Easy check-in. Highly recommend"

"Breakfast was ok and location of the hotel with awesome views .Otherwise it was extremely cold in the room especially at the evening/ night .This place is good for someone with very low service expectations where you can’t fina a good helpful stuff."

"Willa Iskra was ideal for my visit to Zakopane. The location is clean, quite, and cozy. The location was walking distance to Krupowki Street, and the bus/train station, but jus far enough not to have the noise of the busy streets. No complaints."

"I cannot recommend this hotel. We made a reservation, but when we called to check in, we were told that no reservation existed. We were left in a very difficult situation in the middle of the night with nowhere to stay. Despite the reservation not being available, the payment was still charged from my account. This feels like a scam and was a very disappointing experience."
