The property is a nice 3 star but clearly not a 4 star as posted on the building. We enjoyed the fact that it was an apartment, although a little outdated. However, no A/C. Its downtown location is perfect to walk to the beach, market and shopping areas.

Appartement très propre ainsi que les parties communes. Cuisine bien équipée, literie excellente. Et surtout emplacement central proche des halles, de la grande plage, des commerces du centre, avec des petits supermarchés pas loin. On peut tout faire à pied !

Personnel d'accueil dispensant des infos précises et fort utiles. Appartement impeccable et calme. A deux pas de l'arrêt du bus pour la gare, plein centre et à 4 mn de la mer. Excellente literie.

Séjour de Noël à Biarritz !

Très bon séjour dans cette résidence. Nous venons chaque année et nous sommes bien accueillis à chaque fois. Le personnel est souriant, les prestations sont sympas et nous venons avec plaisir.la météo était au rendez-vous et nous avons fait de belles balades !

A réserver en connaissance de cause

Residence tres bien placée si l'on veut être en plein centre de Biarritz et tout faire à pied. Par contre pas de parking proposé par la résidence et très compliqué de se garer: les rues adjacentes sont vite pleines et toutes payantes, donc un budget supplémentaire à prendre en compte. Nous avions un appartement côté rue: la vue n'est autre qu'un vis-à-vis avec l'immeuble d'en face ( ce qui n est pas visible sur les photos du site) et malgré les fenêtres double-vitrage certains moments peuvent être bruyants ( scooters dans la nuit du samedi, camion-poubelle à 6h du matin le lundi...) . Une résidence qui n'est donc pas recommandeable pour les personnes en quête de quiétude mais parfaite pour les noctambules qui veulent profiter des animations de la ville.

Fin lägenhet mitt i city, nära till allt. Mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Bra parkering i hotellets garage. Vädret kan ingen styra över.

Hôtel en rénovation. Non prévenu sur leur site. Bâches plastiques au sol. Odeurs, poussière et bruits importants... J'ai eu un appartement a proximité des travaux, bruyant également côté rue.

Estuvimos en un apartamento ideal para familias, con cocina completamente equipada, literas y todo muy limpio. A un paso del centro, se puede visitar todo caminando. Lo único reseñable es que la zona azul de pago es carísima. El personal del hotel muy agradable.

Séjour 2 nuits ,super accueil ,j'ai pu me libérer de mes bagages le matin et même avoir les clés de la chambre le matin pour visiter tranquillement . Très proche du centre ,commerces, plages, bus. Les toilettes ont besoin d'un petit rafraichissement kitchnet bien équipée

Appartement spacieux mais vieillissant. A besoin d’une rénovation urgente. Pour l’instant, ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles. L’emplacement est vraiment central donc très bien. Rue peu passante donc appartement au calme. Parking à dispo dans la résidence 15€/jour sinon horodateur dans la rue. Attention peu de places dans la rue. Attention le lien Google envoyé par la résidence pour la localisation est faux. Je l’ai signalé à la réceptionniste.
