Hotel dekat Taman Bicentenni

"Pool and hot tub closed for maintenance. Check in was not good. No information about the pool closer, breakfast time and parking directions made no sense. First rooom was not vacuumed and crumbs were all over. Next room had a long black air on the towel. No bathmat for the shower and dirty furniture. Was the first time that I went to buy Desinfektion wipes. Breakfast was horrible. We had a group of people in the hotel and they took over the whole breakfast area for the 2 mornings we stayed...

"Room was clean. However, the door needs to be looked at because it's off kilter a bit. Staff were excellent! Helped us get snow off our truck because we forgot our scraper. Breakfast was very good! "

"Room not clean "

"Our visit started out horribly when after check-in we found ourselves taken to a tiny, unclean room kind of in the lower level area - had to go down some stairs outside and into a room behind a metal door. The room had a small queen or maybe a full-size bed, not the king bed room we had booked and paid for. When we pointed this out to the front desk person, he said it was the correct room, and that they didn't even have any king bed rooms on the property. As my husband questioned him further,...

"I think my wife said it best. I’ve had worse. The room looked partially renovated, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty pathetic, had cereal but no milk. Had a juice machine but no juice. The waffle maker was the only saving grace. The heater was very loud and was too hot and basically had an on and off setting. The door did not seal out the cold well and it was very cold at times. The jacuzzi was very good overall. "

"It is a dated hotel for sure, but the bed was comfy and pillows weren't too bad. You get what you pay for and if you just want a bed for the night then its great for that. We didnt have breakfast so cant comment on that."

"Staff was gone for lunch when we showed up and did not come back at the time they said they would. Bathroom was disgusting. The tub was really brown. Air conditioning needs updated. It shocked me when i turned it on. Need black out curtains. Street light shined right in our room all night. "

"So, everytime that I have stayed at this location it seems that the Hot Tub jets are not accessible unless someone comes down to the pool and goes into the equipment room and turns them on. But this time I went to the front desk 3 times to get them to turn them on and NOBODY ever showed up to do so. So was not able to enjoy the Hot Tub so much this go around."

"We stopped just for a night with our infant son and it was perfect. We loved the layout of the king suite as it allowed us to be in the back room near the bathroom and he could sleep in the living room and be undisturbed. A/C worked great, the room was very clean, the tvs were pretty big, and the fridge worked great. Breakfast was simple but good and well attended. The staff member at breakfast was very kind. We come through this area often and are excited to use the water park when our kid gets...
