We stayed for three days. The refrigerator in the room was very loud, we couldn’t sleep the first night because of it. We reported to the front desk and informed her that we had stuff that needed to be the fridge. She laughed, which I thought was rude. The maintenance guy came and measured for a new fridge but I was never informed if it was replaced or not, which I don’t think it was because the sound was still very noticeable. Could not get the thermostat set, had to fiddle around and call the front desk for help. Still wasn’t given a clear answer on how it worked. The heat was on when the air conditioning need to be on and air on when heat needed on. Very frustrating. The tv sound was horrible. We had the tv on max volume and still couldn’t hear it. Washed clothes and the washer leaked everywhere, about slipped and fell. The dryer wasn’t available to dry my clothes due to the washer leaking. Front desk offered to dry my clothes with their dryer but kinda joked she wanted money for it. Very unprofessional. Usually have a great stay here but this time was not. I understand they are under renovation but don’t provide rooms that are not ready for guests.
