"Not happy with this stay at all & it was only for 1 night before our flight left the next day. We spent 2 weeks in Europe & this had to be the worse hotel we stayed at. Gentleman behind the desk was very rude & when I tried to get his name to complain, he took his name tag off. I guess they only treat americans like this. They also claim to give you a free drink but its a $11 value & everything at the bar is more. Bed was uncomfortable, king size bed with a twin size blanket. You pay for the...

"It is close to the airport. The Rumlang train station is just a block away. For food options, there is a McDonalds and a Subway at a walking distance from the hotel. It worked well for my purpose."

"Very good location, close enough to walk to the Rapperswil train station, castle and downtown restaurants and shops in a few minutes. Great service, friendly and helpful staff."

"The staff and room were absolutely amazing. The only downside was it is quite a bit further from the airport than you would imagine… a 20-30min walk. There is a bus that you can take which drops off very close, but we did not realize this until we arrived on foot. We ate in the restaurant and the food was adequate but below average for Switzerland. However, for an airport-style hotel we were overall impressed and would stay here again."

"Room was clean and breakfast (overnight oats the best) was amazing. Although check in was at 15:00 staff kindly allowed us to use spa area to shower/freshen up before we headed out for the day as we arrived at the hotel 11:00am. Very close to train station, LIdl and Migros close by too. Felt like a safe and clean area. Would definitely recommend staying here."
