"The rooms are always clean & the staff are amazing! I have anxiety so the ability to be able to have have conversation thru text message if I need anything while I’m staying instead of having to call the front desk or go down is amazing!
The Beds being CLEAN and bug FREE are the biggest thing to me! Let’s face it…that’s the first thing I check when going into any hotel- and it should be the first thing anyone checks. This hotel passes the test EVERY TIME! If I could give them 100 stars I would!...

"Room was very clean. It was off season so we were not in the main hotel. We were put in the Coveside. No view of the ocean at all.
No instructions for the coffee pot, Nespresso, ended up with water all over the counter.
Vague instruction for the TV, couldn't get live sports games."

"Room was clean and comfortable. All expected amenities were provided and adequate. The continental breakfast was sparse - no fruit, cereal yogurt, etc. - perhaps because this is the low season. Staff were polite and friendly.
