"Our first impressions were not great. After checking in, we went to our room exhausted from a day of travel and helping to pack our daughter's apartment. I washed my hands in the bathroom only to grab a towel to dry and found a huge wad of someone else's hair in the towel! A few minutes later, my husband had to catch a big bug on the wall. I can't comment on the staff because other than the man who checked us in who was efficient but not overly warm, we saw nobody. The bed was pretty comfortable...

"The room was super clean, so much so that I left a tip for the maid. The parking lot was clean. And one thing I really liked was that there was a trash can on the second floor so that we could dump food, trash and not have to go far from our rooms."

Which had including bodily fluids, left around the room, holes in walls, water damage and mold. And that was just in one room. The staff at the front made sure to repeat over and over in old orchard You don't come for the room , you come for the location. To which we replied, ma'am , it's off season and the bare...
