"This is a very lovely hotel. It exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable, very hospitable staff. The only downside is the heat control. The lowest heat setting is 20 degrees which much too hot for sleeping. The staff were apologetic and brought us a fan but we needed to have the windows open and the fan running so we could sleep and therefore couldn’t lower the window shutters to block the light. We stayed during the first week of May and the weather was very mild so not sure how we would have managed if it was hot. "

"Exactly what we needed. Close to the train station and a good location within town. The rooms were rather small and bathrooms pretty dated but that is very, very minor surface level notes. Other than that, every interaction with the staff was lovely and they were very helpful!"
