"Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Upon arrival, there was assigned parking. Someone was parked in the spot I was supposed to use. Tried to contact management (none on site, no calling, text only) and had no reply. The room itself was clean, but had no curtain over the front door window which overlooks the bed and jetted tub. Also there was no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable so we ended up not even staying one night. We left and tried contacting the property management to ask for at least a partial refund due to it being not at all as described and we were denied any sort of refund when the manager finally responded to us 2 1/2 hours later. Will never book again and advise others not to waste their money. "

"Our stay at the cabin was amazing. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind, and the host was professional and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, one of the best stays we’ve had—highly recommend and would definitely come back!"
