"Upon arrival the hotel seemed good. I traveled along way so the thought of sitting in a hot tub was so nice.. until we actually got in and the water Luke warm and the jets were broken. Our room was half way cleaned. The faucet to the sink was very hard to turn on and off. We appreciate a hot breakfast which is what they offered. We went down about 8:30am and the lady that was taking care of the breakfast set up was very rude. She almost ran into my child purposefully a few times. She kept...

"Had trouble with trying to adjust the water temperature but they got maintenance to fix it right away. Overall everything was great"

"Let me start with we’ve stayed at this property many time! The room was clean and nice…. The thing that made this stay so awful was this horrible smell that made you want to just vomit. It was an odor of backed up plumbing and getting into the elevator the smell intensified! The staff was notified and she said she was going to get the plumber to check it out. The smell was still there the next morning and still very strong!"
