"If I could give zero stars I would. While checking in the girl didn't know how to check us in since we paid online and when she called for her mom to help. Her mom sighed and seemed annoyed to help. It took forever. The area was extremely dirty. When we got to our room it smelled, it was dirty, hot and the carpet was soaked with water I'm guessing from the AC unit that didn't even work. When we went back to the desk to tell them we weren't staying there they told us we'd have to contact Expedia...
"One of the nicest front desk employee I've ever met. So kind and so helpful. He made my booking an ease . The rooms were exceptionally clean which that is a real big issue for me. I highly recommend this place when you're traveling"
"It's like an old style motel. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. The bathroom was old and dated but functional. The location is perfect within the park with a short walk to the visitor center and tours. Food at the diner was good"
