"Parking was good, but security questionable, people live in this hotel, bare provisions no hair dryer, no clock, no kleenex, floor was dirty, 2 towels only, 1 tp roll, must pay $1 for more, no breakfast, location was good, shower hot, killed roaches in the room, car alarms go off first night, small fire in trash can in parking lot requiring fire dept and police the next night, dont recommend this place"

"Este hotel venimos desde que lo Abrieron ,me siento como en casa , es limpio , la atención es muy cálida , todos muy amables desde la atención en el front desk hasta los que limpian . Me encanta la estación de café y los desayunos ! Seguiremos viniendo aquí sin duda ! Olvidaba que disfrutamos mucho la piscina , lo recomiendo"

"The staff was very rude to people over the phone while I was at the check-in desk. Even though it was a busy holiday weekend, it was just early morning when I arrived."

"room was nice . The sound proffing sucks you can hear everything in the lobby and in the rooms next to us and above us when they walked across the floor it sounded like horses walking. The room service is not good. It is suppose to be done every three days but all they did was replace the towels and take out one small bag or trash. No vacuming or changing the sheets they didnt even make the bed looks like they only came in as far as the bathroom got the old towel and trash and left. Poor housekeeping in my opion compared to other hotels i have stayed at. Breakfast was good plety of options and plenty of food."

"Check-in was a breeze. The person helping me was friendly, informational and provided great customer service. She also asked, when she saw me the next day, how everything was going. Plenty of parking and although I don't always eat breakfast, I appreciated the fruit that was offered."

"The room was livable but had several problems. The fridge was frosted to the point of not working. The pool area had a trash can that was full for three days. The staff was friendly enough but when a noise issue was reported their actions was ineffectual."
