"The room was clean. However, because the facility was old, it had a musty odor of mold and mildew. I am allergic to mold and spent the night in our vehicle. My children were unaffected and slept well. Otherwise, the grounds were well-kept and pretty. The staff was very friendly,"

"Timberlake Motel was a great place to stay for graduation weekend at Liberty University. Nice to be away from the congestion but easy access to get on campus. The staff and owner went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed each day and they were always available to answer questions. This motel was very clean and so easy to maneuver through. I highly recommend it for graduation weekend and any other busy weekend in the area!"

"We had a room on the second floor although the hotel has a luggage cart they had no elevator to bring up the luggage so we had to carry luggage up for a weeks stay."

"We enjoyed the hot beverage station in the lobby. Our only complaint was that they need to enforce a noise policy for guests who gather in the lobby or upstairs sitting area that is right outside of guests’ rooms. More than a dozen noisy people gathered in the small 2nd floor area which was right outside our door late in the evening until after 10 pm, The area is open to the lobby below, so the front desk attendant was very aware and didn’t do anything about it until we went down to complain....
