"Easily accessible, clean and friendly staff. The only trouble I had was with the elevators being slow and the doors closing too fast. LOL Just gave me the opportunity to practice patience."

"Waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. Only two towels available for our family of 5. One towel was dirty. Bed sheets were dirty. Hair on towels and in bed sheets. Shower curtain was moldy. Overall, very unclean. Very dissatisfied."

"The staff was wonderful and very welcoming. The room was spotless, and the balcony view was absolutely delightful. The only downside was the parking garage it was free, which I appreciated, but it was often overcrowded and made finding a spot a bit difficult. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay again."

"The water was interrupted for an hour. There was no monetary compensation. Also room was not cleaned after our first night and clean towels had to be asked for. We stayed 2 nights. We expected at least some clean towels after the first night. Asked for an extra blanket that was not given."

The website says free breakfast all they have is muffins and coffee,room hot with no working ac my son has asthma. The elevators stink hallways stink rooms stink!
