"We stayed in a 1st floor room. The people on the 2nd floor were running up and down the hall and stairs late into the evening. Rooms are definitely not soundproof!!!
The room was clean but had a musty odor coming from the bathroom.
We did not use the pool or the hot tub due to the kids that were legit jumping from one into the other.
The staff was pleasant and helpful, and breakfast was your average hotel breakfast.
While we didn’t bring along our dog, we appreciated that they catered to...

"I wish there were staff on-site part of the time, just in case there is a problem or someone has questions. On the booking site, it would state that no one is on-site."
