"The room was clean and stocked with the usual items. You can hear the doors closing as they are heavy and slam when they close. I found that a bit annoying for this stay. Otherwise the usual good stay. Always room for improvement. Seems close to needing a revamp or update. Have stayed here for many years."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. But the hotel itself is very dated. The carpeting is dirty, sticky, could stand a wash. The rooms could use a good painting, and the furniture could use a good wash as well. The mosquitos are so bad that a bunch of them get in when you come in the building, and we had to kill a few that got into our room. Our room did not have a “do not disturb sign” so we were not able to put it out so that staff could not enter our room. It’s a great last resort stop, staff was great, easy to get to after driving for a few hours, and very close to the Niagara Falls, but I do not think I will be staying there again."

"Staff at the desk, breakfast, and custodial were very cheerful and welcoming. The place was very clean and tidy, and breakfast was good. Great they had so many EV chargers in the lot. Minor complaints were that our shower had a leak that was dripping loudly all the time, and the shower door didn’t close properly. They also had FOX news playing in the lobby/breakfast area, which really gives an unnecessary icy vibe to a space that should feel warm and welcoming. Maybe it could have been something more neutral and useful like the weather channel."

"Couldn't ask for a better location. You need to park in the parking garage across the street but not a big deal, plenty of spaces to park in there and they validate your parking for you. Room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast, I felt, could've been better for the cost. There are 4 hot items each day (what they are varies) and then fruit, cereal, coffee, juice...etc. Overall if I go back to Niagara Falls, I'd try a different location just to experience something different BUT I have no qualms and really had a great time!"

"Parking was great on site,no restaurant on site it wasn't open, roads were terrible,hotel had two roaches we killed, one ant. No elevator they need an elevator for handicapped it was close to everything we needed n found other restaurants n fast food within driving distance. Hotel looked newly renovated with a little tweeks they can get 4 to 5 stars all the way."
