Nice place to stay in an old mission style home. Owners were very helpful. Breakfast was home made. Very comfy bed. For me, its so much better than chain motels. Definitely cleaner! I would stay here again.

What a gem and delightful host! Classic home remodeled in a fresh, modern style - no creepy lace doilies! Comfy bed, thoughtful amenities. Enjoyed one of the hosts local di I g recommendations. Close to Falls and Niagara town. Hearty and beautifully presented full breakfast (ours was Cali Benedict and blueberry pancakes.) Reserve...without reservations.

Our stay at the Butler House was fabulous. The owners were so welcoming and accommodating. The house was beautifully maintained and very cozy. The little extras were so thoughtful. There was coffee, snacks, water bottles, robes, wine glasses and a cork screw and umbrellas to borrow. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. My husband and I had a wonderful experience and will go back in the future!

Dan & Jamie were very kind and nice, and communication with them was excellent. The room was very clean, and the atmosphere felt dreamy. The street was also very quiet and nice. It was only a 15-minute walk to Niagara Falls. They prepared an amazing breakfast for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Jamie and Dan were wonderful hosts and the breakfasts were excellent. The room was small but comfortable. There were many lovely touches like having a cozy porch and a grand piano in the common room. The property is close to Niagra Falls, but it isn’t really walkable to the main part of the park. Also, we could not get many typical cable channels on the TV.

We wanted to stay on US side after traveling to Niagara on the Lake and Toronto in Canadian side on our return trip to catch flight home. Great location to see nighttime at the Falls, and enjoyed great dinner in Lewiston recommended by B&B. Very close to Whirlpool state park ( a must). Great BB for enjoying Niagara Falls/ park.
