"The hotel receptionist Pedro was fantastic. He was professional, helpful and kind. He should be promoted to manager. The kitchens delivered up delicious food. Our server in the restaurant was forgetful though. We stayed one night in the Design hotel and the other night in the Kroener connected sister hotel. Both of our rooms were beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. I recommend these hotels. "

"I would call it a boutique hotel, charming, clean and with pretty spacious rooms. Staff was outstanding from front desk on. Bar was amazing, but not open Monday so that was a drag, but excellent drinks and ambiance"

"Staff didn’t pick up room service trays overnight. Staff knocked on door and asked to clean our room when we hung a “Later, Please” sign from the door handle. Sign was removed. Cookies were plentiful. The hotel is a 30-minute bus ride from the train station. Buses run every 30 minutes."

"We were in the studio apartment for 6 people and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space, comfortable beds/sofa beds and the bathroom looks brand new and well stocked with toiletries. We had our dog with us and there's plenty of grassy area outside the hotel. It's right next to a petrol station and shop with lots of things to put together dinner in the apartment. The staff were so lovely and helpful and even did a load of washing for us! Overall, it was a great stay and we'd definitely come here...

Lençóis e toalhas impecáveis, além da disponibilidade de chaleira elétrica com café e chás, espaço adequado para malas e roupas, cadeira, poltrona confortável e TV. Esses detalhes realmente fizeram diferença na experiência. Por outro lado, a recepção deixou a desejar. Não recebemos o link para check-in e check-out online e, mesmo chegando e saindo dentro do horário informado, não...
