"The hotel has iPads to self check in, but these didn’t work for us. A very helpful member of staff checked us in and we were provided with key cards. We were blown away with the room. The room was very spacious and had a fantastic view of Amsterdam. We had a deluxe twin room. There are amenities in the shower, including a hairdryer. There is no kettle in the room but there is a coffee machine. There was a large selection of food at breakfast. There is plenty of hot and cold options. Breakfast is on the 17th floor and the views over the city (especially at sunrise) were amazing."

Both gentleman concierges went well beyond the expected scope of their roles by being willing to not only recommend Dutch bakeries where ai might acquire a simple birthday cake, but also offer to source it for me while we were out enjoying the city. In the end, their recommended bakery nearby was PHENOMENAL and made the perfect impression for the recipient."

"It’s quite a way out from the centre but the tram stop is very close and easy to use to get in. It’s a budget hotel and you get what you pay for but we found the staff to be very helpful. The room and public areas were all very clean. There were some rowdy guests on our last night (A Saturday) but the staff were very quick to deal with them firmly. Would recommend for a value stay in Amsterdam."

"Light of the bathroom isn’t enough for shaving or making up. During one of nights bathroom had strong bad odor. The hotel and room conditions are so so, however the hotel charges premium fees. The front desk were very helpful and friendly."
