"This was a fun, unique overnight site. The caboose was roomier than expected and very comfortable. It's design and decor were on point in keeping with a train line theme. Although quite compact, the kitchenette was well stocked. Our host had left gift cards for a breakfast site, car wash and access to the country club. The most memorable part, you ask? Well, the night we stayed a major thunderstorm came through with 80–100-mile winds. The train is located down 1/4-mile gravel lane - lined...

"Power went out at 9 PM and was still not back on at 8 AM when we left. Room had no emergency lighting and by morning the hall and stair lighting had failed, leaving the stairs dark very dangerous. No breakfast due to no power. Couldn't raise the shades to let in morning light because they are powered by electricity. No luggage cart upon check in. A backup generator should be added. "

"The rooms were right. The exterior needs to be cleaned and upgraded, things like the parking lot and the fencing and the trash. But the rooms were very spacious and very clean. It's right off interstate 70 but it does seem a little expensive for the area."

"Just be respectable to the staff,they try to remedy any problems that you have they try and promply your problems"

"The rooms did not have any towels or washcloths. There was insufficient staff available to help with that issue. Only 1 person was on duty, they had to check in new guests, provide towels and washcloths, answer other technology questions, fixtures in the room did not work, some of the electrical plugs did not work, it was not good."
