"This was a great location for our first visit to NYC! The staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We were able to check in to one of our two rooms when we arrived at noon, which was wonderful after our red eye flight. The rooms were definitely on the small side but the beds were comfy, the a/c worked well, and they were cleaned every day, so they provided everything that we needed. We stayed on the top floor with a great view of the Empire State Building. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Best breakfast of the 11 day trip. Internet and TV wasn't working when we arrived, Door closest to our room would not work with keycard. No elevator to second floor. Internet and TV was working after dinner. Room was good for one night stay."

"The staff was welcoming and helpful. I was traveling alone, and they made sure to set me up in the more secure area of the second floor. I felt safe the whole time visiting, but it was nice to have that consideration and extra security. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast at Stella's was a lovely option! I would definitely stay here again!"
