It was difficult to find the valet every time I needed the car and, on the first day that I was seated for the complimentary breakfast, no server ever came to my table. "I cannot recommend this place enough. My husband and I booked on a whim to be close to St Andrews without St Andrews prices. Upon first glance my husband thought I was crazy, he assumed it would be run down, and not offer much because it was not in the city center. He sure changed his tune on that once we checked in. "The building looks lovely from the outside, however there was some niggling problems, no staff to meet and greet or issue keys and rooms, just email instructions to use door key fob for access to the building and rooms, quite steep stairs especially for us who struggle with stairs, in my room, the toilet seat was loose to sit on, single bed wasn't very comfortable and duvet barely covered the bed"
